The Objectives:

Complying with the requirements of the regulation:

To maintain and measure a residual of Huwa-San® peroxide across the distribution network.
To maintain a protective residual of Huwa-San® peroxide to ensure good water quality.
System clean-out and remediation: 200ppm of Huwa-San® peroxide over a 4-6 hour period.
This removed a substantial amount of biofilm from the distribution network.
Continuous dosing was begun with a setting of 8ppm of Huwa-San® peroxide.
Bacteria tests since January 2011 all show good control.
Residual testing at the dosing system shows 8ppm residual Huwa-San® peroxide.
At the furthest cottages, the Huwa-San® peroxide residual is 6-8ppm. More data will be provided on request.
